2.2 Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
3. API Terms
3.1 API Access
API access is provided subject to rate limits and usage guidelines. Abuse of API access may result in throttling or suspension.
3.2 API Keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. Any activity using your keys is your responsibility.
3.3 Permitted Use
API access is for personal use or authorized business purposes only. Reselling API access is prohibited.

You agree to use Prophet in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

- Interfere with platform operations or security
- Share your account credentials
- Use automated systems to gain unfair advantages
- Circumvent any access restrictions
4.2 Content Standards
Any content you submit must not violate intellectual property rights or contain harmful material.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Service Fees
- Basic Access: Free tier with standard features
- Pro Access: Monthly subscription with advanced features
- Trading Fees: Venue-specific fees apply to trades
Fee schedules are available at tradeprophet.xyz/pricing and may be updated with 30 days notice.
5.2 Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
5.3 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Ownership
Prophet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prophet and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6.2 User License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or authorized business purposes.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Prophet without obligation to you.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Financial Advice
Information provided through Prophet does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
7.2 Market Risks
Trading on prediction markets involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
7.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services or venues accessed through our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prophet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Prophet harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at plato@tradeprophet.xyz to attempt informal resolution.
10.2 Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
